Though Turkey is not one of the biggest country on Earth, still it is quite vast and travelling around it can be considered as long process. The area offers a significant amount of climbing opportunities, each quite different from the other. From stunning alpine multi-day ascents to one the largest sport-climbing areas in Europe. Some of the climbing locations are so big themleves that one can spent a month there without getting bored. So you can go for either a particular destination trip or just to wander around and climb whatever you find. If you a hard enough, there are enough rocks for first ascents.
In order to be easier for understanding and info browsing, we split the territory of the country in for parts. Though we used some of the geographical features for borders, the split is not based on a real geographical devision, we just want it to be easier for usage.
